Delivery Options

Successful education takes into account the different learning styles and levels of individuals and makes the best use of their time. Trinary's Educational Service program is administered through a number of Learning Tracks. We believe that these tracks provide a variety of educational options in order to provide you and your employees the confidence and the proficiency to accomplish your EDI goals successfully and efficiently.

The Learning Tracks offered include:

Track 1, offered at our corporate offices and serves as an introduction to Trinary's applications and integration solutions. This hands-on solution is ideal to get end users away from the office and distractions. Course offerings in Track 1 encompass our standard application training for end users and is based on your selections from the core application courses offered. Review course offerings by clicking on the Course List link in the menu to the right.

Track 2 is based upon core application training modules tailored to address customer specific education requirements. This can be done at our corporate offices or at your site. The core curriculum is tailored specifically to your business processes and needs. Track 2 modifies components from the standard Course List so only the information you need, and the sequence you need it in, is provided. You can choose from existing courses offered and we will customize those courses to reflect your company's real time business processes.

Track 3 provides the solution to those looking to enhance their knowledge of Trinary applications "behind the scenes" functionality. Our consultants will work with you, at your site, addressing questions from application configuration and maintenance to product upgrades and enhancements. Whether it's communications, scripting, system configuration, XIFP, or transformation map troubleshooting, let us know what areas you'd like addressed and we'll design the training to best meet your needs.
